Brittany and her husband David were great to work with and were helpful navigating the complexity of the sales process.  They kept us informed. never forgot a question or detail we asked about and managed to get us to a successful sale of our home.  We have not sold a house in 26 years.  All the details these days were handled by them which was quite helpful as we had health issues to deal with.

I will start by saying that my husband and I are extremely difficult and a little demanding. With that being said David was a godsend. I could not even begin to imagine what the whole process would have been like with anyone other than David. David worked very hard to meet any and every need that we had. Always took my calls at any time of the day or night. From my personal experience the way that I would describe David is that he is very open, honest, great communicator and a very devoted husband and father. We were always his top priority. This man deserves an award for dealing with us. I could not be more pleased.

My husband and I decided to buy a house right before corona virus hit. I had a friend that I trusted recommend Dave McCord as our realtor. With this being our first time buying a home I was nervous and I wanted a relator that made me feel comfortable but also knew what they were doing. He was always very easy to get a hold of, was able to answer any questions that came up and made me feel like our wants and needs were his top priority.
